Shipping Policy

We use USPS as our shipper.

We also offer UPS shipping, prices depend on service, which can be seen at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update once you receive your tracking number.

Processing time for USPS orders is estimated to be 5-8 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Customers are responsible for all customs/duties incurred in the receiving countries.

Baby Elaine is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, after carrier has marked delivery.
